I love hunting for old used furniture that needs some love and attention the more neglected the better. I would love to share my creations and some of my inspiration with you.

Birds and Branches
This dresser started out as a plain old wood dresser and now with the help of my bird stencil it has plenty of character. I used three different colors: dragonfly for the base of the chest, atmospheric (grey) and clear pond (light blue) for the drawers all by Behr.
Emily that is so lovely! I am inspired to try a delicate little stencil like this. I have several dressers just like this one in my garage, awaiting my attention!
Great color combo...I just love giving new life to an old piece. Stop by my blog for a handmade driftwood sailboat give-a-way. Would love to hear from you. Sherron http://smallholdings.blogspot.com

Hi Emily! Mary @ The Decorative Paintbrush here, love the piece! Color choices-rock! The branches-awesome! And the simplicity of the whole layout-perfect!
