Shabby french hutch

This is the first big hutch that I've done and I love it.  I decided to use grey instead of white and leave some of the wood showing.  This was also my first wallpapering experience, its harder than it looks but it saved me from having to paint or stencil the hard to reach inside.  Its not a 70's style Brady Bunch hutch any more.

I had to scrape all the gold striping off the windows
This is my inspiration
This is the finale!!!

  13. Great job! It really looks so much like your inspiration piece. I love the idea of leaving some of the wood unpainted and stenciled.
