80's flashback

Sometimes when you buy old furniture you find some surprises in the drawers either good, bad or just gross .  Mostly I find peoples garbage but the other day I found an old newspaper ad from Montgomery Ward c. 1981.  Before I tossed it I thought I would look at it and yes I discovered that people actually paid for all the overly veneered furniture you see at the Goodwill.  Take a look!!!  


O and yes those are some super special outfits in there too!

    I know I have an old 1950's Spiegel catalog I found and it's the best reading

    Amazing what things cost back in the day
