A Tale of Two Waterfall Buffets

I find my self wanting to keep all the pieces that I work so hard on, its hard to let them go into the big bad world.  I always hope that whoever buys it will enjoy it as much as I do (and If you are buying it just to paint it WHITE, please don't tell me!!!)
Alas realistically I don't have room in my house for everything so if I want to keep it have have to trade it out.  That is exactly what I intend to do.   Out with the old in with the newly painted old!
The first waterfall style buffet was one of my first pieces that I painted so it will always have a special place in my heart.  The veneer was messed up pretty bad so I had to do a crackle glaze finish on it and I love all the earthy colors in it.

This next waterfall style buffet is the one Im keeping, I used the same earthy fall colors (that I love) and as with the first one it had the veneer coming off in places so it needed some repair.  Its a little longer and has more drawers for storage.  The best part wait for it.... it was FREE, yes free from the nice lady down the street who just wanted it out of her garage.

I love the handles and tried to coordinate the colors to match.
